"Talking to actual customer representatives is great. They take care of you. I give the Representatives a 5 star. I give a -5 star for the web site. It resets and does not save any information you put in. When you get to the end and put in the information to prove your not a robot, it does not take the information and refreshes again. When you have medical pages to upload to the system, it says it uploaded BUT it says Status Unknown Error. I have to email the information to Sedgwick. They need to update the online system."
"I hate that walmart use a third party for medical. I feel like this whole process shouldn't be allowed. If your doctor puts you off for anything that should be it. No company has any right to ask any questions."
"Terrible service from Sedgwick CMS. I have a Best Buy property damage claim and have provided them all the information that they've asked for. They don't reply to emails nor return phone calls. In fact, they seem to pride themselves in making sure that you cannot speak to a live person when calling their offices. Awful service and zero follow up."
