"Disappointed is an understatement. I have been looking for a new therapist for awhile and finally got an appointment to see Kathryn. I have been waiting weeks and was really going through a hard time. I was so excited when the day came I logged in and was waiting. It was now 10min past my session so I called the front office and they said that they called me because Kathryn had to reschedule. I had no call and no voicemail telling me that so I was out of luck that day and extremely down and disappointed not to mention wasted time waiting for no reason. We rescheduled that first appointment she missed for 2 weeks later for her next opening. The day right before this appointment they now called and said that she has to reschedule AGAIN because she now has a personal appointment. Did she not look at her calendar to see she has someone that has now been waiting over 2 months and has been blown off twice? I cried a lot after hearing that because like I said I have been struggling mentally and really needing to talk to someone. I am still looking for a new therapist but would never consider making yet a third appointment to just be blown off again. I can't go somewhere that is clearly not taking the people who are waiting to get in to see them seriously. Its just really disappointing because some people really need that time to talk to someone and get even deeper in depression when they can't."

"If I could leave a zero or a negative number as a review, I would. I have been calling and emailing, talked to several front desk people who've all promised to get back to me, but never do. I've been waiting for results for well over a month and I was supposed to have them back in 2 weeks. And maybe it would be ok if I could ever receive an update on what's taking so long. I sincerely hope that if you need help regarding your mental health that you'd look elsewhere. Because you will NOT GET HELP HERE!!"
