We had luxury plank vinyl flooring installed in our living room, offices and open areas, new plush carpeting in our family room, bedrooms and hall, plus new stair carpeting. Our experience was great throughout the entire process. Teresa was great and listened to what we wanted and gave us tons of options. There was no pressure for sales. She is a pleasure to work with. The installers went above and beyond, especially Lonnie and Leroy. They even did extra work that most other flooring companies would not have to ensure that the final product looked great.
