She has been thoughtful in helping me determine how to get the most out of me hearing aids. She also recommended my engagement of a specialist for my unique issues. They performed an out patient surgery that improved my hearing dramatically. I found everyone there to be knowledgable, thoughtful and engaging."

"Bob Lang (audiologist) was excellent. My hearing aids needed to be repaired. He evaluated the situation and sent in my hearing aids for repair. He gave me a set of loaners which work well. He suggested a new kind of ear fitting that should help improve my hearing. We set a time for me to return. All was done efficiently and with consideration."

"Very poor experience. Had an appt at 2:15pm and showed up on time and checked in. Sat in the lobby until 3pm, watching everyone else get called back except for me. At 3pm I finally went to the front desk and asked when I was going to get seen. It took them a bit to find my chart, and then 10 minutes later the nurse finally called me back. I waited another 20 minutes for the doctor in the room, for them to tell me this wasn’t going to work with my two younger kids in the room since they were crying and he couldn’t get me in the chair alone. They could have told me that my kids shouldn’t have been there over an hour ago at this point. I had to wait for my husband to show up to get them and finally was seen almost 2 hours after my original scheduled time. Doctor was nice, but all they said was sorry they were running behind. Just overall not a great experience for my first time there."

Turns out I had a pretty significant otitis external and Dr Johnson swiftly removed the copious debris that was causing the terrible pain. He was skilled, gentle and very quick in treating my medical issue, and I am grateful staff fit me into his schedule so quickly."
