"NEVER AGAIN!!! I had a scheduled appointment and given all my information, including insurance, arrived about 10 mins early and got checked for where to go. There was one other person in the waiting area with me. I ended up waiting an hour+ to be seen. This was for a simple strep prescription. Was in and done 15-20 mins tops which is still too long as the doctor was only in the room for about 10 mins. Got the bill after and no insurance was applied. Called in and they submitted it late with the insurance company (supposedly). Had to wait for processing. Then AGAIN amount didn't change. Had to call in AGAIN and got it applied correctly. AGAIN waited for a slow processing turnaround. By this time it was months after the appointment. Having to correct things multiple times on their end, they started sending me late notices. However, they never once sent me an itemized. The line item just read "Past Due". Called in and they have me the billed amounts (unable to break it down beyond visit and rapid strep consultation). When I actually looked at the amount on my web account, they had charged me for 50 mins in the room! Something their billing person failed to mention. The other individual that I had contracted strep from with THE same insurance plan and policy paid half of what I ended up paying and they were a walk-in Urgent Care. I'll say it again, NEVER AGAIN!"

I arrived 5 minutes late due to rush hour traffic for a sick appointment, proceeded to wait 5 minutes for this slow front desk staff to check one patient in to be told she would have to call to the back to see if I could still be seen. Then waited another 5 minutes for her to finally decided to walk to the back and ask someone. Then to be told I was too late to be seen. Was not my fault they have a slow receptionist. Would not recommend this clinic to my worst nightmare"
