"I would have given a 2 stars because they don’t have a direct number to the clinic and or direct number to your Dr. You would have the call the main number which wait times is 15 minutes long if you get lucky or longer to get a hold of someone then they will transfer you to the clinic. I felt it’s was a lot of work to do that especially if you are pregnant like me and needed to talk to your Dr. Calling to schedule an appt is just as long. Because of the good reviews I waited over 40min to talk to someone for my 1st appt. My 2nd calls was about 25min waiting. I’m giving 3 stars because all the staffs including Dr and nurse were friendly and professional. When I was seem by Dr. Tamara I feel it’s was quick and rushed although she is very knowledgeable and friendly."
