"Motion PT takes a unique and modern approach to physical therapy. I have suffered with gluteal tendinopathy for several years. I spent 16 weeks at a different PT provider and my condition got worse. After a couple of visits with Dr. Michelle Steege, I started improving and making progress. My pain decreased and my strength started increasing. Michelle customizes a rehab program based on your individual capability not some standard protocol. If an exercise wasn't working for me, she would suggest something different. The exercises prescribed were a wholistic approach to strengthening my core instead of targeting a single muscle. Michelle also performed dry needling for me which was a critical component to getting my glutes functioning and enabling me to perform strength exercises.
