"Josh Knows his stuff! I had pulled my back 10 years prior to visiting him. Therapist said to walk every morning to release the strained muscle. So for over 10 years, I walked faithfully on my treadmill so I could walk with minimal pain throughout the day. I found Josh on a Groupon - I was having what I thought was carpal tunnel issues.
