"OMG! This place is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! I can’t believe they did these to us!!!!! I walked in and receptionist started to complaining how she is having hard time to UNDERSTAND!!! With her big attitude!!! Gal!!! Your name is Maria!!! You should take your time to understand people before u tart complaining!!!! Cos myself I can’t understand you!! Okay!! The nurse calls for ultrasound she didn’t even say hi!!! ATTITUDE!!! She points to the room!!! We go in!!! Orders me sit!! She did her job without saying a word!!!! The only thing she saying the baby’s face looks scary!!! WTH I NEED TO SUE THIS PEOPLE!!! She needs to be fired!!! OKAY!!!! My anger was on the roof but I said let me wait one more time!! Thankfull she was done!!! I mean who works a place like saying baby’s faces looks scary!!! I hope she has kids too!!! Dr. Comes in did her thing asked her a question she didn’t even understand the questions she was defensive right away!!! Who hired this kind of human beings!!! IM SOOO DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED WITH THIS PLACE!! Don’t waste your time here!!!"

"This health partners clinic has a few doctors with big attitudes that make big assumptions. I've had 2 bad experiences now, and I think I'm done with this clinic. I'm not sure why this specific place has such entitled attitudes specific to doctors, the rest of the staff nurses and office staff are incredible. I understand that the health field is difficult. However, that doesn't mean it's ok to mistreat patients based on an assumption or history from years ago."

"Dr Laura Mayer is fantastic! She did my procedure and was very compassionate about the entire situation. I was very scared and emotional and she helped me through it. She also called me personally when I had concerns following the procedure and did not rush to get off the phone. I highly recommend Dr Mayer"

"Doctor Laura Mayer didn’t show any care concerning my miscarriage. I told her that I had a miscarriage two days before coming in for check up. I told her I was still bleeding and cramping. She said it was normal. I don’t know what “normal” is, I do not work in the health field to know what normal miscarriage is. All she said was I will send you for blood work and the results will be online. I asked her will I be able to understand what the results meant and she said “oh I can write you a note explaining what it means.” That was all she did for me. She didn’t even touch my stomach to see if I had any pain. She didn’t ask if this was my first miscarriage or how I felt. She didn’t share some cause that could lead to a woman having a miscarriage. She didn’t give me any follow-ups on how to care for me body or refer me to a counselor to help me talk about how having a miscarriage could effect me. She ultimately didn’t act like a obstetrician should and treated me like a number."

"I have had her before, but i had my first pap smear with Bessie Barret today. She was super sweet with sitting down and taking the time to explain a bunch of birth controls with me. And being blatantly honest with all side effects and how they would impact my cycle. I did see she got slightly irritated at one point, but took the time to steady herself and come back with really good clearing questions that made for wonderful conversations. Highly recommend."
