"This location has continued to disappoint me more and more as a parent throughout this last year. Our latest example, we just left what was supposed to be my sons 4 year check up, an 8 am appt. We saw the doctor and nurse in the first ten minutes then proceeded to sit and wait to "play seeing and hearing games". After a half an hour I asked the front desk if she could give us an ETA as we were now going to be late for another appointment. She states they are running behind and we could continue to wait. I asked for them to call and reschedule with me, which I know they won't. Time to go anywhere else for your kids care."

"The front desk have not good attitude!! They have to talk too nicely and n friendly not putting u on hold n dont take ur call back. The person out u on hold didnt showed up n suddenly other person ans and have same attitude.."

We have seen multiple doctors and they are all fantastic! From the front desk to the nurses everyone goes above and beyond! Dr Hope is our primary pediatrician and he is so great with our daughter. I can’t say enough good things and recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatrician!"

We only saw the ladies at the front desk briefly, but they were helpful and pleasant as well. Everyone was abundantly cautious regarding covid19, and I'd recommend Dr. Cronk for any little ones :)"
