"A few years back I brought my chi there & they were great. He had some baby teeth removed, was neutered & had a ulcer in his mouth taken care of. They were compassionate & kept me up to date during the day. Now fast forward 7yrs since our last visit. I called them frantic to bring my fur baby in! He was having an extreme problem breathing...after leaving me on hold almost 5minutes the receptionist comes back on the phone & tells me very harshly "you cannot bring your dog in. It has been too long since we have seen you." "It doesn't matter that you haven't been to another vet or not. We won't allow you to be seen." No sorry. No understanding that every minute mattered or that this was a life or death moment! She was rude, short & uncaring! I found a much better vet clinic!!"
