"I scheduled a preventive a month ahead and they canceled my appointment one day before because “The clinician is unexpectedly unavailable”, what a joke, i I organized all my routine to make it to the appointment for nothing. Now I have to wait another moth to get an appointment. Will never schedule here again!!!"

"I go here for my gyno appointments and every time I take PTO for a day I scheduled an appointmemt, they call to reschedule cause the doctor is out that day but I already used up my PTO on that day and just need to see a doctor so I never see the same doctor, not a personal place. Then they call day of and cancel my appointment. Waste of my time."

"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE PCOS. I wish I could give zero stars. I went here for OB care for early pregnancy. I was told 2/6/23 I was around 5-6 weeks pregnant based on my blood work. I mentioned several times that I have PCOS and concerns for miscarriage and that concern was disregarded. 2/7/23 I sent a message regarding progesterone noting it can be low in women with PCOS causing miscarriage. My concern was disregarded again and told progesterone is only given with multiple miscarriages or IVF (which is incorrect according to other providers and other women with PCOS). On 3/2/23 I started having bleeding, called the clinic, concerns were disregarded. Called again 3/3/23 due to still having bleeding and concerns disregarded. I went to urgent care 3/5/23 as bleeding worsened. I was 8 weeks at this time. Ultrasound was performed and confirmed that the fetus stopped growing at 6 weeks and only left a sac as it dissolved into the body. I went and saw Hannah Christianson again here on 3/6/23 and she completely misread the ultrasound and bloodwork, telling me that it looks normal and health for 6 weeks. 12 hours after the appointment I started to actively miscarry. It has been a month and she has not apologized for her incompetence, lack of concern, lack of empathy, lack of disregard for care and putting my life and fertility at risk."

"I had a very bad experience with the visit. I went for a preventive health check up and clearly mentioned while booking appointment in addition to preventative checkup I am not looking for anything else, during checkup they asked questions and I answered. Finally I got a bill outside of preventive checkup. When I called they said these are additional charges when I clearly mentioned while booking appointment I am not sure how they will charge additional amount. I called them multiple times but they are saying don’t answer if any additional questions asked by doctor. It’s a very bad experience."

"Adult primary care is understaffed. Scheduling for adults routinely takes 3 months to get an appointment. Pediatric care has more scheduling and we get appointments within a week. Look elsewhere for eye doctors: eye exams are way over-billed. All doctors are great if you get an appointment. Lab work is processed quickly."
