"Have purchased from them before and the product is good but the service is terrible. They lost our name, the counter we picked out and now we have to go in a second time to select countertop so they can attempt to quote it. The first time we went in they told us a simple quote would take TWO WEEKS. Unreal. Update: Now waited an additional week. After my husband emailed yesterday, they said we were top priority this morning - its now 230 pm. This is all just to get a simple quote. Will be taking my money elsewhere. Update: we ended up going through DMC waterjet in Sioux Falls for our quartz countertop. Service was excellent and we also found out that formatop sends all of their quartz orders to DMC for fabrication so you might as well go directly to the source. When we finally got a quote at formaatop it was $8000. DMC was able to provide us the same product for $4000."

"Bought my Countertops from Formatop. See photo and back story below. Used recommended Installers called Countertop Pros. Couldn't get any worse. Removed countertops before ensuring new countertops were not defective (looks like they were damaged in transit). They blamed the local manufacturer (Liars- they threw the countertops on a dolly without any protection). Had to demand they put sink and defective supporting counter back in and, shocking...the plumbing leaked . Weeks later, counterops are finally installed. There is a mitered edge that needs whats called formfill to blend. Told us to call and have the manufacturer fill it. BTW-these are the guys that Formatop of Sioux Falls recommended. When I reached out regarding the defective countertops, they basically blew me of. Both companies were a complete and utter failure. Why shop local, if this is what you get? So unprofessional."

"Went to Formatop to get new countertops for my kitchen. Picked out a top and a sink. Requested a quote to get order going. It has been 4 weeks and no quote with multiple times contacting and same answer early next week. Due to this I have gone with another company that gave me a quote in two days."

"The product looks nice but it started coming apart after one year and they said there was nothing they could do to fix it and said I was out of luck because the warranty is only one year. I had purchased countertops on a previous home from Menards that were a third of the price and lasted longer. I have buyers remorse that I even bought Formatop countertops for my house. A very expensive lesson learned!"
