"Went in for a travel consult for an upcoming trip. Jodee told me I might experience a fever and arm soreness from the vaccinations I was receiving. Knowing those usually aren’t the only symptoms, I asked her if there were any others. She responded, “weren’t you listening to me? I just told you. It’s all in the info folder for you to read through.” She then proceeded to pull out the info and read it to me in an extremely condescending way. I got quiet and she asked me, “why are you being quiet? Overwhelmed by all this info?” I told her I was being quiet because she was offensive. She then proceeded to tell me I offended her by asking a question more than once and not listening to her. I asked her if we were done with the appointment. She said yes and walked out the room, slamming the door. I actually thought poor bedside manner was a myth and then I met Jodee. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or just genuinely sucks at helping people and hates her job. Either way, I definitely do not recommend and won’t be seeing her again for anything. She’s just plain rude, condescending, and lacks empathy."
