"I went to URGENT Care Chanhassen. I was seen rather quickly considering it’s UC with many waiting. I was only suffering from chronic sinus issues. I was seen by a female doctor. She was kind and quick as I had to get to work. I got the antibiotics I required. However, I have other very negative experiences in the past. I found the doctors and staff to be invested into Carver County social services to the negative. I experienced sneaky unlawful practices that ruined our lives with out any consideration for patients privacy and support when we needed it. And no accountability for their own medical practices to patients. I am a lifetime Park Nicollet patient. I only went to their UC because PN was closed. My PTSD was going off as I entered their facility. But it was an ok experience for a sinus infection."

"Jan 27 2024 I brought patient to Emergency. 90 minutes she had been seen by stunning Doctor Amy Osborn. I am 80 years old. My life has been saved by Allina people in the same building. Dr Osborn was brilliant as were all who support her. I am more inclined to use this facility myself. Three years ago… starting in same office the life of my wife was saved at Waconia Ridgeview hospital. Doctor Taylor and hundred others were brilliant."

"The billing department is inept and immoral. They billed an in-network provider as out of network for me and did not understand the problem in any way when I called to correct the $1000 bill that I received for 2 short office visits that did not involve any procedures or work-up. One of the visits was literally for a vaccine (3 min long with a nurse) and I was charged $400. I understand that insurance billing is confusing, but that is why clinics have a whole billing department. I also had confirmed with both the clinic and my insurance company that all providers were in network prior to going there to receive care. I would not recommend Ridgeview."

"Horrible, terrible experience with primary care. Family member was in for anxiety and having a panic attack in the waiting room and they would not let them have a support person go back with them to see the doctor. Ended up having to leave. Switched to Park Nicollet that afternoon and had a lovely, compassionate medical professional spend an hour helping. Do NOT go to Ridgeview Chaska. We have been longtime patients and will never go back."
