"Went once and got a crown box with the glasses in it and one of the glasses was cracked on the back of it. They would not exchange it even tho it was not dropped or anything. Fast forward 3 months bought a 4 pack of jack and coke. Got home and opened it 2 of the 4 cans had busted or something because there was nothing in it. Took it back and they again refused to exchange it or give me my money back. I will definitely not be back. I'll start going to state line or shamrock. Shamrock is further but a way better selection and both places have people who will actually exchange there stuff when something is wrong with it. Lesson learned."
"I’ve stopped at this store on several (several) occasions. Will never shop here again, I tried to buy 4 pre mixed prepackaged drinks. Should cost maybe 8 to 10 dollars. They tried to charge me 18.33 for 4 extra small pre mixes . I will never spend my money here again and neither will the people I know in the area."
"This is the best place for all your adult beverage needs! I've read the few bad posts on here about how certain customers were treated. Let me just say this....I've been frequenting this establishment for more than 4 years almost daily and I've NOT ONCE witnessed an upset customer about ANYTHING! "Manager/cashier was extremely hostile, then dismissive about the fact he can't handle a bicycle sitting just inside the door when I knew what I was getting and would have taken thirty seconds. There is no place to lock up a bike and I've watched people try to steal it before. Learn how to treat customers and be a helpful part of your community instead of being the same kind of rude idiot that makes this town the trash pile it is. Feel free to respond, I've managed a liquor store before and I did it a lot better than what I've seen the four times I've been here. Not to mention the dozens of rumors of racism/white supremacy I've heard, which isn't helped by the fat skinhead who thinks talking to customers like he's going to start a fight is "customer service"."
