"they will not tell you what your insurance actually covers. Then they will misrepresent your total owed when you set up a payment plan. Then they will send you to collections after you’ve been making payments for months after NOT receiving adequate care. Honestly they should be ashamed"

"!!!!NEGLECTFUL CARE!!!! Horrible experience. They get your medications stabilized, then suddenly you have no more refills, so are forced to quit cold turkey, and continuously get your appointments cancelled (without being notified!!) and when trying to schedule an appointment it’s 2 weeks out, and somehow they “call to cancel” those appointments but no phone calls received. This facility is a joke. Their front desk staff is the definition of incompetent."

"Provider does her job well, no complaints there. If I knew my insurance was going to ask me to pay $200 every appointment, I probably would have suggested not doing a follow up visit every other week or sometimes even a week follow up. Takes about a month to even get your first bill and you can bet it isn’t cheap with a deductible. There is this one receptionist, pretty sure her name is Kayla. Absurdly rude, unsympathetic, and will always ask if you want to pay your bill with her now. Needed a script, I knew I needed to make an appointment for another fill. Recently changed employers and my new insurance no longer covers St. Sophie’s. Am still in the process of finding a new provider that is covered so I am in a lapse of therapy. But don’t worry, the only thing important for Kayla was making a payment. I’ve dealt with the other receptionists and they’re pretty nice. I’m quite confident all the complaints stem from this person. Another large issue I have with this facility is the inability to even message your provider directly. I’ve worked in the healthcare field for many years. It’s pretty ridiculous an appointment is the only way to communicate with your provider."

"Dani Swanson is the first doctor I've had that I really truely trust has my best intentions in mind. She listens to me and that is so refreshing, and I really enjoy seeing her and talking. The med tech Danielle is such a sweet and helpful human. Any time I call, even for silly questions, she is very nice and explains things in detail for me. If ever I need them, I don't have to wait very long to get a response. Eother they answer the phone then, or call me back in a relatively short time. All of the front desk employees seem genuinely happy to be at their job, and are always In a pleasant mood. The atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming. I recommend everyone to this place. It's a no shame included mental health oasis."

"I have submitted a formal complaint with the ND Board of Medicine for patient neglect. These people are straight up a joke. I have bipolar. And have been in a depressive episode for a month. I came in there three weeks in a row. And they are trying to tell me a dog dying is not a good enough trigger for depression. It’s like there was more going on then just that y’all just didn’t check. My behavior showed that I was clearly depressed cuz I kept coming in when I usually only go once a month. Do not waste your time going here. My psych doctor named Stephanie lied to me. She said she would help me get on FMLA. She has not investigated enough on my issues. And she visibly got upset with me in our last meeting when I was trying to explain it to her. There for I didn’t feel comfortable talking more. This was straight up patient neglect. She didn’t dive deeper into my depression she just got upset with the amount of days I was asking her to approve. Then she said. She would approve them. Then called and said she declined them. My issues have been much more severe than just a dog passing away and I’ve been trying to communicate that. This lady does not care about her patients. Don’t go here."
