Front Porch Musical Theatre

"We are so grateful for Front Porch Musical Theater! We enrolled our daughter in her first play there as a five year old and after 8 years it is still her favorite activity. She has done a couple plays with a few other theater groups but Front Porch is by far the best group she has ever been a part of! Everything from the quality of the shows, the encouraging & invested staff, the creative costumes & beautiful sets and the lifelong friendships! The kids are given so much opportunity with Front Porch. They of course learn, acting, singing and dance but they are also able to learn about production, costumes, makeup, set design, leadership, time management, & hard work! Tim & Linda are wonderful directors that truly care for their students and treat the front porch families like an extension of their own family. We have always felt so fortunate to have found such a wonderful environment but this year especially Front Porch went above and beyond to keep musical theater going for their students and it was a lifeline for many. Thank you so much for all that you do! We're looking forward to the next production!"

"I have loved every second I have spent at Front Porch Musical Theater. The directors are absolutely wonderful and have helped me grow as an actor, singer and dancer. I am so thankful to have the amazing directors I have had throughout my 4+ years at Front Porch Musical Theater. The first time I ever did a show at FPMT I was very nervous and I had no idea what to expect, but the second I got there I knew I would be taking care of because the directors were very welcoming and helpful to incoming students. Over the years I have made several great friendships and have grown so much as not only and actor but a person. I would have to say Front Porch is like a second home to me because of all the great memories I have made there and all the amazing experiences I have had. Again the directors are absolutely amazing at what they do and I am so thankful for what they have given me throughout my years here at Front Porch Musical Theater. I highly recommend going through FPMT because I have only had good experiences."

"It has been a true blessing to work for Front Porch Musical Theatre! I am the costume designer and have so much fun working with both the amazing staff as well as the incredible kids who have come through our program. It is nice to put my bachelor's degree in fashion design to such good use. My daughter has also done many shows with Front Porch and has gained so much confidence from her time there. "Front Porch does an awesome job training and coordinating the most fabulous plays and musical performances! Our grandkids are members and not only perform but have also moved into support and teaching functions. It has given them amazing skills in music and acting. Front Porch owners/managers are talented and caring individuals who have really created a wonderful environment. I highly recommend attending performances in the future or purchasing/watching the current semester’s productions for an at home movie night that will not disappoint!!"
