"We stayed here over St Patrick’s day weekend and it had everything we needed. The hotel staff was friendly and the front desk always had 1-2 employees available to help. They accommodated our request for early checkin without any fuss. The rooms were clean, with a full kitchen and plenty of room. The location was also ideal as there were several bars and restaurants within walking distance."

"I just stopped in at this hotel, and was completely disappointed, and turned off by the manager, who is standing in the dining area. completely unprofessional and rude. Any of the hotels I’ve been to I could not believe this offputting situation. I have stayed at this hotel before, and I will never stay here again, especially when I am being disrespected that way. I know a lot of people in the cities and I will make sure to never recommend this place."

"Exceptional staff, very helpful & kind. Stayed for a concert at the arena down the street & they shuttled us both ways, but FYI only until 10:30 pm. The lobby is massive yet inviting & cozy. The room was worth every penny EXCEPT for the pet friendly $100 DEPOSIT WHICH is NON-REFUNDABLE. Amazing bathroom, shower only. Hot, delicious breakfast. My only complaint is that the front entrance is right on the street so there's no access to the parking lot bc they valet. This means you must unload & load up your baggage on a fairly busy street & if it's parked across the street you can't access your vehicle w/o them bringing it around front to you. I really didn't like that at all. Also, it's pet friendly but the property is only concrete so you have to walk almost a block to find any grass at all. I really didn't like that my dog had to pee/poo everywhere else on everyone else's property so I had to find & bring my own bags for poo, then carry it around to dispose of it in the hotels trash can outside the main entrance. Fine now bc it's cold but probably stinks in the hot weather."

"We have stayed here a few times. Rooms are great! We love the hot tub. Our current stay we felt the service has gone down hill. Came to check in and was not even greeted. Lady just said " we need your credit card". One of our cards didn't work and even staff cards wouldn't open the door- so was an inconvenience when coming back to room after an evening out."

"I stayed here during a business trip in April 2023. The hotel is pretty new and was very nice and clean. I was supposed to stay a week, but I got sick and my manager told me to go ahead and fly home. So I called the front desk and told them I was sick and was going home on a late flight that night so I needed a late check out. They originally said that was fine, but a little later the front desk girl called and said the hotel manager said i'd need to check out by noon and that I could not get a late check out. Even though I had the room reserved for the week. Was not happy as I was already sick and now I had only about an hour to be out. Not a pleasant experience service-wise."
