"Our cancer specialist advised us to go strait to the nearest Emergency Room,as he also told us to have the ER Dr call him. So! When we did just that,the ER dr threatened to throw us in the street,Literally! throw us in the street was his very exact words. Horrible,just Horrible!!! Is it that hard to give a cancer patient the peace of mind to take a minute to make a phone call as asked from her cancer specialist who had us go there in the first place? Not even worth one star. Horrible!!!!!"

"Called to make an apt., got transferred to Imaging, was promptly informed that I was speaking with the wrong Dept., fine, please transfer me to the correct dept., was sent back to the swtichboard, only to be informed they could not see me (for a suspected fracture in my foot) for another 8 weeks. Upside is, with any luck, it will be healed up by then. Sorry mom, no x-ray."

"Took my 84 year old father to the emergency room after hours because he tested positive for COVID. Didn't want to wait for an appointment for obvious reasons. They were out of Paxlovid or any other treatment. The person we spoke to made all kinds of excuses including it being a rural facility. There is no shortage of Paxlovid as of this date 12-18-23. Who is in charge of keeping it in stock?"

"This week I had surgery with Dr. Cain. He and his team are excellent - highly competent at what they do. We are blessed to have such great talent and medical services in our area. Thank you to Dr. Cain and medical team!"

"Generally great care; so thankful to have this hospital in our remote area. Sadly we do need to go to Grand Forks or further for many types of care. But they are professional and caring, the staff is local - our neighbors. Sorta expensive compared to similar procedures in other facilities would be my biggest negative, but I guess that might be the price of having their service in a remote area."
