"Advertise hot tub but hot tub was not working and we were told they were taking out the hot tub. Pool and pool room were very cold. They were having issues. This was the 3rd time we stayed at this facility and I think they had issues with some thing each time. Probably the last time we will stay at this one."
"Rooms were great, everything was clean and amenities were top notch! Room service/housekeeping leaves much to be desired when staying multiple days. 1st day they took towels and soap and did not replace, along with not taking out garbage but throwing away shampoo I brought with me. On the 2nd day I bagged my garbage and set it out in the room, was never picked up and towels were still not replaced."
"Most of the staff were very nice and accommodating. The management was very rude, judgmental, abelist and very "Karen" like. I've never been treated so poorly by a hotel manager. Nice hotel needs new management."
"Pretty average place. Nice to be able to get a suite for the family, but the sleeper sofa was pretty small. Building is slowing its age despite some nice updates. Free tesla charging was fantastic."
"Great staff, always friendly, nice & tentative to guests needs. Breakfasts are always good. Rooms are always clean. My last trip & this trip...the elevator was still down, but repair guys was there the next morning early. This trip the water pressure for my shower was barely enough to take a shower. This might have been related to the pool & hot tub being down for some reason. Over all I'd definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!!"
