"Our room was nice. The bed comfortable. The breakfast bar was nothing special, pretty basic. The whole hotel was on the cool side for December. But, we would stay here again."

"It has roaches. We came for my 103 yr old Grandmother's funeral. It's the only hotel in town. Beds are so hard I would have slept better on an air mattress. And then, after we got all settled in, the roaches came out. There are no other options around. If it wasn't freezing I would have slept in my car."

"Don’t have have high expectations. We were put on the second floor which the hotel has no elevator…so we had to haul all of our stuff plus our babies stuff up the stairs in multiple trips. The room felt and was dirty. The fridge wasn’t on. There was old coffee in the coffee pot. The bed was hard as a rock, there was blood on the sheets, and the pillows were as lumpy as they come. The bathroom door didn’t shut, the shower head had loads of hard water buildup and the mirror was not clean. The breakfast was bad - generic brands from Walmart with no serving utensils so you just grabbed stuff with your hands. We were there for a wedding so we didn’t spend much time in the room thankfully, but I couldn't wait to leave."

"The owner of this location is extremely hard to deal with, they don't give a dang about the people that stay here. The hot tub didn't work - you had to call zero to talk with someone and then it was - leave the keys on the desk. They never brought up a working coffee maker to one of the rooms of the the 3 that we rented, no elevator to where rooms are located. The event center attached to this building is TOP NOTCH. Too bad they didn't own the hotel as well because it would be thriving. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.."

"Awful experience, I had a wedding Block for my wedding this past weekend guests got dirty rooms they refused to give back any money. The continental breakfast was old disgusting and would get somebody sick. He is extremely hard to communicate and change his prices. The only good thing about this hotel is the closeness to our wedding venue and to Alexandria. I will not ever recommend this hotel. It was good with the previous owners. These new owners are terrible."
