I managed to keep my composure, but really wanted to remark. It would’ve just made a bad situation worse. She seemed mad because she had to get off her phone and ring up customers. The ladies are usually very nice here. She needs to obtain some customer service skills quickly."

"They are super friendly, they usually have a buy one get one free offer of some sort and there chicken is not so bad. I've had some that's been better, but all in all they have pretty good chicken and other items. Prices are vastly in a good price range and they also offer a punch card and a raffle for free chicken... I recommend at least checking it out!"
