"People should not be treated with disrespect. The owner has no sense of respect to any person on the other side of the counter, he will yell at you without a greeting. No manners what so ever. These people will take your money and treat you horribly. My doctor sent out for blood test for me, when I went there they were unorganized and the man started again in a loud voice to his nurse and they both were scrambling to find my papers for the blood test. Very disorganized desk and papers all over."

"The two people that work here seem extremely unpleasant :) the man gives me a weird face when I ask for my ID back and rolls his eyes as he throws my ID back on the counter instead of handing it back to me as my hand is right there. Try a course in customer service :) if you are the owner, do better."
"Listen, this isn't a social hour. Have your documents ready and know what you need. The phlebotomist was very friendly to me and the guy working the front desk got me in and out in no time. I see all these reviews on here, half of the complaints don't make sense, it's not a surgical facility. Just because people don't talk your ear off doesn't mean they're being rude and unprofessional. There's lots of people to see and seeing the patient is only a small portion of what they do. I would definitely go here again. Thank you to the staff. Sorry so many people are so soft and easily offended. I drove 3 hours to get there and just wanted to get in and out and that's exactly what happened. Exactly what I was looking for."
"The staff was polite. I read reviews and was a little worried, but I didn't want to go to the doctor. The doctor's office won't run tests unless you've tried other things first and by the time they think it's needed it's too late. SO I tried this place. It was quick, painless, and the two staff members I encountered were friendly to me and the other client in the room. I would recommend to anyone."
