"After telling us everyday what a great day our four month old had, she abruptly gave us a one day notice (on a Friday afternoon) to find a new daycare by Monday. This came after we expressed concern that our daughter was being left upstairs unmonitored and unattended while crying. At first, she seemed have all the right answers and willing to accommodate, but it was a facade. We asked about her getting a monitor, she said she was happy to do so, but didn't follow through. Although Veronica offers a good rate and central location, it doesn't make up for her low quality care and communication. Save yourself the stress and worry and find childcare somewhere you can trust."
