"This used to be a great place full of great staff. After new ownership things went downhill. The new owner had decided to fire 4 shift leads over the last few weeks, because they refuse to follow new unsafe rules. Heads up, Andy the new owner has decided rotating dogs is no longer important (meaning your dogs will be in overflowed yards, with no extra staff). He also has decided that shift leads do not need to supervise any of the counselors looking after your dogs. 2 of these leads were fired this week for not agreeing to new unsafe regulations."

"The staff was very friendly. The cameras made it easy to check up on my pup. The service was fast and getting Leeloo in last minute was incredibly easy. Absolutely fantastic place to bring your pup."

"The first trial day is free and after that they offer drop in daycare which is great in a pinch. You don't have to worry about reserving a spot, just bring them on on. Staff is always friendly and happy to see the pups. Book ahead for boarding on busy holiday times or they may fill up. They also have cameras, so you can watch your dogs play. They separate the dogs by size and temperament and are always keeping an eye on everyone to see if they need breaks from the big group."
