"My sister came to the ER with debilitating pain and inability to keep anything in her system, and more than once you sent her home with very minimal help, and what you did send she couldn't keep down either. She returned MULTIPLE TIMES over the course of THREE DAYS and y'all still let her lie on a bench for 90 minutes in the ER waiting room where she feels like dying. You didn't send meds home the the first time to help with symptoms. You just kept sending her home to a tiny town miles away from any real help, without really helping. What a disgrace."

"My grandbaby went there December 24th for pneumonia and rsv. The nurses put one of them blue hotpacks directly on her skin. When they took it off she had 1st and 2nd degree burns on her leg where the heat pack was. They "apologized" and put a antibiotic on it and said she had to go to willmar hospital. Then she went to cities where they helped with original problem then had to transfer her to a burn unit for possible skin graph thanks to redwood falls hospital. This nurse should be fired over this and hospital should be sued. Only problem is is the hospital has too many lawyers and we would run outta money first. But I will be printing pics of her leg and posting them throughout southwest minnesota! We should have a no star rating but it makes you give them at least 1 star."
