"The people were nice, but my hair is cut asymmetrically (that's what it looks like, I tried to make it look as good as possible but it's just not) unfortunately I'm to shy to say anything to anyone, but man I look horrible, and worse is that I grew my hair out for a year to try out a new look and I come out looking like Edna Modes stepsister from hell (I'm a very large man)"
"We came in at 3:30 today and signed in. We were told it would be an hour wait which was fine because we needed to do a little shopping. Well almost an hour and a half later we finally decide to go back and check because we never got a text to come back. When my boyfriend goes to check the door is locked and a woman comes out and says they’re closed and to come back tomorrow. Where we come from you don’t leave until your work is done ESPECIALLY if you have someone on the waiting list that you promised work to. This is HIGHLY unprofessional on their part and we WILL NOT be coming back."
"First come first serve. I walked in checked in sat down. They said 20 minutes wait time.20 minutes goes by the stores waiting room was empty.a guy walks in checked in online they put him ahead of me.a family of three boys came in checked in online ,they put them in front of me.this is 30 min after checked in store sitting and patiently waiting.people who are checked in in store should not be put behind people who checked in online.how does that make sense. I will never use this business again for mine or my four kids haircuts ever again.they should take that feature out of the business first come first serve."
"First time ever going to great clips and I won't ever be back. Asked for the sides to be short faded into the top one side is faded to the top the other she cut was way to short towards the top so she couldn't fade it so now I got a fade on one side and a under cut on the other and there's no way to fix it not very happy about it. Update: I was in contact with the general manager of the store 4 days later I was given a full refund for the cut and the tip I gave."
