"They will overcharge you for EVERYTHING. I have never had so many hidden costs with a dentist. #1 I needed x-rays and rather than taking the x-rays covered by my insurance they took x-rays that were not covered which is literally all I had done there. I had insurance and had to pay the entirety of my visit there. #2 I got a treatment plan from that visit totaling $1,138.00. I thought that was high because my insurance covers 80% of the work I needed with a $2,500 maximum so I got a second opinion. I now have a treatment plan for the SAME PROCEDURE for $189. I looked back at the treatment plan from Aspen to see what they had on theirs that the new dentist did not have on theirs and it was ALL hidden costs. For example the first line on the treatment plan was a $135 electric toothbrush. I have one, I do not need one. That was not discussed with me at ALL. It is also not something covered by my insurance. So hidden cost after hidden cost totaled up to $1,000 of extra, unnecessary charges. Aspen does not take what is covered by your insurance into consideration at all. I had specifically asked for them not to do anything not covered by my insurance. Three months later I am stuck will a bill for everything they did. It feels like I have been taken advantage of. All I'm saying is go down the road.. there are better options that aren't out for just your money."

"I can not believe how great the place and the people are. My former Dentist, which I will not name, would not pull my Wisdom Tooth (#17 Tooth, learned that from Aspen Dental), and just gave me a deep cleaning, which only stopped the pain temporarily. I was in so much pain, I even told them I thought about pulling it myself. They actually squeezed me into their schedule and pull the tooth. They just gained a customer. I know it wasn’t idea, but they listened to my concern and relieved a great deal of pain. If I could explain the pain, I would probably run out of characters typing this review. If you want to go to a clean, professional, VERY FRIENDLY Dental Facility, Aspen Dental is the place. I went to the Facility on McCain Blvd in North Little Rock!"

"So far a very good experience but I will be back when it is all said and done to update as there is still more to do. Up to this point I’ve had a very good experience. Thank you I’m back! I am very impressed with the quality of work they put into all phases of my experience. While there I witnessed this with everyone who came into contact with all staff from receptionist to dentist. Everyone was treated with such kindness. I received my dentures on my second visit, all finished in just the second visit and I was on my way. Wore my dentures walking out and all of my family were impressed with the fit and the quality and so am I. May need a slight adjustment or not, could be I just need a little time to get used to them. I know this is long but I just was so impressed that I have recommended Aspen Dental to all my friends. Thank you for giving me back my smile."
