"I absolutely love Dr. Ladd and his assistant, Belinda. His new office crew leaves alot to be desired. I broke a tooth in July of 2022, finally got approval from insurance two weeks ago to get a root canal. Was told it would cost me $986 + my $50 deductible. (Had a root canal done in February 2022 for $400. Got the tooth pulled instead. Had a reaction to the pain medication and tried for three hours to get them to answer the phone. My Mom had to drive into town to the office. A week later and the pain is almost unbearable. Called for advice and Dr. Is on vacation, I can be seen July 19. That is six weeks!! I mean this is not a routine appointment. Your patient is in excruciating pain!"

"Teeth cleaning for the FiRST TIME at this place and now I have to pay a deductible for one visit and will be my last visit and the receptionist was rude. Ask a question get an attitude about this deductible and hung up in my face when i said i will talk to my insurance about it and they even said its was Ladd, no way will I go back there,"
