"So, I went to rock paper scissors, specifically Kim Shelton. In hairwash, she didn’t wait few mintues after application of conditioner. Then while blowdrying my hair, she kept pulling them bad even after I told her it was uncomfortable. She rotated my chair so she could gossip with her other colleague. Sometimes I felt jerks cuz of the way she was moving my chair. At the beginning, I told her to curl the ends, she didn’t even do that. On the website the hairwash and styling is listed with 35usd, she charged me 45 usd. Most of her attention was on talking and I was scared for my hair. If you visit that salon, don’t book appointment with Kim Shelton. I’m not satisfied with the service."
