"Poor customer service is the name of the game. Basically, here's a tub, here's a shower. Send it, bro. I mean... I'm not expecting "extra" services, but a little polish on the customer experience would be great at the price point. The cold plunge was fun, but the staff overfilled the tub. So... When I simply sat down, the water cascaded over the top and reached all the way to the lobby. The staff looked at me like I was to blame and just shook their heads. Sorry to take advantage of the services I paid for! Overall, Would Not Recommend. Spend the money and book in advance for the name brand bathhouses in town."

"I’m going to start off by saying this— AMAZING!!!! if you’re a mountain biker, cyclist, runner or just athletic —- you will not regret seeing Tasha (80 min Thai infused massage w/ 20 min feet work!!) When I told her I did a solid week of mountain biking 100+ miles—- my glutes, low back and neck/traps were super tense! She did amazing forearm work, along with doing ACTUAL deep glute work! She’s super strong with pressure, she covered all areas based on my activities! If I lived here I’d go see Tasha weekly!!! I get massages monthly and usually very critical —— she superseded my expectations! You must go see her!!!! We just happened to get same day appointments!!!"
