"I LOVE THE SERVICE BUT THIS LAST TIME THE HUSBAND DID MY FEET AND HE RUSHED MY SERVICE, THE WATER WAS COLD, HE DOESN'T LISTEN TO WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. HE DOES WHAT HE WANTS AND THEN CHARGE YOU. HE LEFT A LOT OF SKIN ON MY FEET AND WHEN I SHOWED HIM HE TOLD ME TO GO TO THE DRYER. I THINK IT'S MY LAST TIME GOING FOR A WHILE."

"I went it to get my current nails removed and to get a full set acrylic. I don’t know the name of the lady, but I sat down and she started clipping my current tips. She then took some tool and ripped my nail off, while also ruining and ripping my nail bed. She was insanely rude and unprofessional when I got up and said I was leaving because she ruined my nail beds after I had already asked her to soak them off. My nails are now bleeding and sore because of this. I will not be going back."

"People there are nice and friendly and the place is clean but they charged me $6 each for two nail repairs. One was coming loose, the other had come off completely. They put a new nail on the first one and for the second that was coming loose, they drilled off the loose part and added more powder material, just like any other nail, maybe a little more. I should not have been charged $6 for that one. I was also there for over two hours! And. . . Only two weeks later, both nails I was charged $6 each for have come off completely! Total was $95 plus tip. I can find other places that won't take over two hours or charge me for nails that aren't broken and come off after two weeks. Unfortunately, I won't be going back there."

"The staff is polite. I got gel chrome, round shape on my natural nails for $55. They are a little sensitive in the sides from filling & a little dirty on my skin (arrived 40 before close time) but other than that I do like them."

"I asked specifically for a FILL 5 times and was given a full set ON MY REAL NAILS. So I was charged double. My pinky was cut. She broke my real index finger nail. Took 80 minutes to do a 30 minute fill and paint. Every nail bed is hurt from the burning of the drill being over used.literally most disrespect I've ever felt in a salon. Actually cried while my nails were being done from pain and anger."
