"Before you hit me with your generic “Dear non-customer…” response, this has very much to do with your services. The actions of your employees driving a company truck with your company logo is a direct reflection of your business. And according to the previous reviews, this is a common occurrence for this driver. He should not be allowed to drive a company truck. He was upset because he got stuck in a parking spot at Starbucks and was unable to get out until the drive through line started moving. This man was wailing his hands and cussing me out and almost rammed my vehicle. If you don’t see a problem with his behavior after multiple complaints, then you should be ashamed of yourself to continue to allow this and again, a direct reflection on your business. "The way someone treats others says everything I need to know about their business. You can tell me to "limit my reviews to your roofing services" but I'm going to tell you that your road rage is no excuse for putting an elderly woman in danger. Someone this volatile could be incredibly dangerous to do business with. If you don't like getting called out, maybe don't harass people in your company truck or seek anger management classes. "I did not use this company to prepare my roof and will never do so! However I am writing this review because of the lack of unprofessionalism. A individual driving this company’s truck blew his horn at me and gave me the middle finger. Hot Springs Roofing please explain to your employees the left lane is for passing and if they are in a rush to please use it and not take their lack of planning and being on time on individuals in the right lane."

"Unfortunately I have worked for hot springs roofing for awhile now. And now knowing the quality of work this business does, I would definitely not hire them to do my roof. I was recently fired for trying to do a job correctly " against Perry's wishes". All he is worried about is ur money. He does not care about the quality or longivity of ur roof nor is he a good person."

"Not sure why all the bad reviews - Perry has done a total of 4 roofs for me over the last 5 - 8 years, never an issue. His son is there within 24hrs of calling and usually is done with the entire home in two days or less! I competitively quote every job - and to be 100% honest - they are not usually the cheapest quote, however - they do perform the best job for the price. There is a reason I spend the $ to have them drive 45 minutes - because of the quality and service. I will continue to do business with Perry and his team - and as his first job is now close to 8 years old without any issues - I think their work speaks for itself. 5 STARS!!"
