"I've been with Dr. Cox for 20+ years. He's always thourgh, explains the process and performs well. Yes, there is a tv. Yes he'll glance a look, but he doesn't "watch tv" as one review stated. He glances long enough to pick up the topic and uses it to ease your mind at whatever has put you in the chair in the first place by making cordial conversation while he works. All his staff is professional."
