"Don't let the mom do your nails! Cut off majority of my nails after I told her cut down a little! 2nd time she has cut off all my nails that I grow! My nails aren't even the same length! Wanted coffin shaped and she kept filing until I almost had nothing on my right hand! 110.00 to leave there pissed to the max!"

"They have their good and bad days. Last time I went to get my eyebrows waxed, I specifically said no lip. I did NOT want my lip waxed. Guess what they did. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to be rude, and what are they gonna do? pull it off the same as if I actually DID want it waxed? So I just went ahead and paid for it."

"Took my 13 year old in for pedicure. The older lady did it. When she was done she lied and said card machine wasn’t working. Which I seen the younger lady take a card from another customer. No sign was up saying you needed cash. I had to leave and go get cash. Then she was extremely RUDE to my daughter. Telling her to get up very rudely. Her customer service skills were horrible. Once we left I noticed the polish job was not very good. And I know she didn’t even put the top coat on."

"DO NOT come here! you will regret it! They butchered my nails. I had to point out all the color left on my skin, the different lengths, the hard powder left on my skin, the gulps of gel, the poor shape and the blotches of missed nail where they didn’t polish. My nails still look awful. The attitude I received was horrible. Do no go here you will regret it. Please do not chance it."

"The vibe was off. There wasn't enough nail techs, the lady tried cutting corners on my pedi, I have never had my toe nails drilled on so I said I don't want that she was gone do it anyways..... I had to snatch my foot back so she wouldn't use that thing. The pedi seats are uncomfortable also. It's like after I didn't let her use that drill she started digging in the sides of my toes hard like she had an attitude.... never again will I go back.... oh my nail polish job isn't good either... I just got the pedi Saturday it looks old already..."
