"I had to ask to get my cuticles taken care of! On my pedicure she cut my toe. I won’t go back. The beauty college in Mena does a better job. UPDATE: THEY EVIDENTLY CHANGED HANDS. I decided to give them another chance. I got a pedicure & they did a great job!"
"I rarely give a 5 star but I was so impressed with this place. It is bright & clean & very reasonable prices. This is the first place that actually dried my nails before putting my sandles on & the polish didn't suffer from it. I'm very picky so I'm making this My Place for all nail care."
"Not as good has in the past the guy that did my nails doesn't seem to know how to polish or do gel nails very well. I got to looking at mine when I got home. Pretty disappointing. Update went back to try again got my nails done again I wanted dip not gel but 2 pm in the afternoon no one was there that could do dip nails. The lady that was available only did gel, so I couldn't come back the next day so I went ahead and did gel. I told her about my last experience with the gel nails she said she would do a good job and they would not be like last time. Well I am very disappointed to say not the case 2 day later I had 2 just break and peel. Then several more started to peel up from the edges. So basically all were peeling off I have never been able just to peel them off the procedure to get them off usually requires soaking them off and a technician filing them. So either she didn't do the process right or the product they are using isn't any good. The point is I will never use US Nails again it is a waste of money."
