"We have been going to this salon for about three years now, and the service we receive is always excellent! The women are polite, quick, and professional and they keep the salon clean. What I really like about this salon is how good they are to their customers! For instance, one time two of my nails broke a couple of days after I had got them done and the women there fixed got me in without hesitation and was more than willing to fix the problem! I would highly recommend this salon!"

"They did fabulous on my nails. Would have given a 5 star rating but she upcharge my daughter on a service when I specifically asked for a different service due to my budget. This was done without asking me. So in the future please listen to the parents when instructed. But yes they did a fabulous job on all 4 of our nail sets."

"If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I visited Pretty Nails locates inside of Central Mall on 1/26/2018 and received horrible service. Upon entering, I was simply greeted with a “hello”, which was fine, but I was never asked “How can I help you?” or told to pick out my color while waiting or even have a seat. I waiting 30 minutes while other customers were being assisted and STILL wasn’t asked how they could be of help. During this time, approximately 20 minutes after I arrived, two other customers entered, picked out their color, and took a seat in the waiting area. Another 20 minutes passed and the two ladies who arrived after myself were asked to set down and a nail tech began their nails. I thought this was very unfair treatment considering I was the first customer who had been waiting a significant amount of time. I mentioned to an employee that I arrived first if I could be assisted first and she said yes, and finally seated me, but proceeded to begin on the two ladies’ nails who arrived after me. I decided that I did not want to waste my time at a business who obviously didn’t value customer appreciation and informed them why I was leaving, and left. I will not be back to this nail salon and DO NOT recommend. Please spend your money elsewhere. There are many salons nearby who would be happy to have your business! Hope this review helps others!"

"I would rather give them zero stars. My daughter got her nails done there today and they made her fingers bleed. The polish came off 10 mins after the were done and the staff is extremely rude. This is my first and last visit, I will never have my daughters nails done at this place again!"

"Went in last night to get my nails painted and my eyebrows waxed. They rushed me the whole time and I had to make her fix my nails 3 times. Worst of all, my eyelid is currently completely red and burning the next morning from her getting wax on my eyelid and ripping it off rather than wiping it. Very rude on top of all that. Do not go there!"
