"Unfortunate they treat their employees like minimum wage slaves. Doesn't matter how productive you are, you only deserve a few pennies raise. Until you reach the wage maximum which you could easily get more by simply switching to any number of employers hiring you on, entry level, above their wage caps. Not sure if it's Jay Paradies or Sonepar responsible, perhaps he gets a fat bonus for keeping wages low, but either you find a new job or start a union because things don't change here no matter how much you mention the fact that starting wages are equivalent to the local Burger King."
