"Currently being either renovated or repaired. Door sills to the rooms standing outside the room doors. Garbage outside the rooms not picked up. Ceiling panels missing in the hall. No hand towels or face cloths. Deadbolt on room door broken. Safety latch on room door broken. Have to push/pull the door hard to make sure it's properly closed. Very old furniture & carpet. Pretty disappointing."

"The drawer in the suite won't stay close. The bathroom light switch turns flips back on once you turn the light off. The fireplace worked for 15 mins, and then it turned off to not come back on. The spa tub light doesn't work the chair upholstery was ripped off the spa tub had burn marks in it the glass divider had kid fingerprints and smears from not being cleaned the lamp next to bed was full of dust and cobwebs. I was so disappointed because it was my honeymoon. The lady that was there the morning for check out didn't say 1 word to me, just pointed at the basket"

"A little hard to find, but a good location for getting around the North metro area. Service desk was great. The room was pretty seedy. Only a partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no extra rolls provided. For the price, I would've expected the hotel to be in better condition."

"Nope! Stayed here one night. We quickly realized that we had left some items in the side table drawer. Called the hotel just a couple hours after check out to let them know, and that we’d be by to retrieve. We were told that nothing had been found. My daughter explained that this was impossible, as there was a fan, a large charging brick, a small charging device, and medication in that drawer. Desk man/worker took her number, and promised to call. No call. Called again the next day, and was then told by same desk worker that the manager would be calling. No call. Stopped in the next day (day three) to personally speak with same desk worker. Was advised that nothing was left behind. Asked if I was sure that I hadn’t packed it? Then advised worker that the items were definitely stolen, as they would have been impossible to miss. Worker took my number, to then tell me manager would call. Told him we’d heard this story for three days now, with no return call. Asked for manager’s number, and denied. Worked took offense to my insinuation that his staff would have stolen anything, and that it could have simply been thrown away. I notified him that I would be filing a police report, and left. As I was driving away, worked comes running out to my car with my items in a bag, stating “they were in the wrong drawer.” He did apologize, but that doesn’t make up for the trouble we had to go through to get our items back. And insinuating the guests are wrong, or simply forgot, and ignoring them…is never good for business."

"Staff was super welcoming and helpful. Room was great for the stay we needed and the pool was as clean as could be. Breakfast for small place was good and the location is great for stuff around you. Would definitely consider staying again if I had business in the area. Staff was a big help in a jam when I needed help they informed me their community printer wasn't working but let me use the office one and it was a big help."
