"My favorite Holiday Station. The staff is SO NICE. I also love that Men In Black (MIB) is their security. Store is clean and is generally well-stocked."

"I needed to vacuum my car and had neither a vacuum nor extension cord long enough to leave my apartment building. So I thought "hey, I'll go vacuum it at the gas station since I saw outdoor vacuums there!" Big mistake. Two out of three were out of order. "Fortunately" one was working. For about five minutes or however much a dollar pays for. (They did NOT put the time on the label and the employees didn't know.) But after I started the next period of time the suction became too weak to function. I made sure that there were no kinks in the hose blocking the air and that it didn't get pulled loose from the socket. The problem ran deeper than that so I went to get help fixing it. Not only did they refuse to help, but they refused to give me a refund. They told me that they're "not responsible" for it. Excuse me!? I'm certain that you're legally responsible because you both own the machine and profit off it. They also lied about there being an out of order sticker on it and refused to even follow me outside for me to show them otherwise. It's about fifteen feet away from their door. Not one out of three employees who were only standing around chatting could walk out there. Talk about laziness... Also: They didn't do cash back at the cash register. Which they really should do when they have machines that charges in quarters. The cashier didn't mention that there was an ATM at the back either even when I said I'll just go somewhere that does. I wish I actually left then."

"Had an issue with gas pumps today, same issue that constantly occurs at this location. Worker proceeded to talk over me, and then being swearing and threatening me after I explained I wanted to speak to management. Walked out of store and was followed by same employee, who continued to swear and threaten me. Needless to say, I'll never visit this location again."

"I don't really understand why this gas station has such bad reviews. Yes it's in a rougher part of town, but the store was recently remodeled and it looks great. The interior of the store is clean and well-stocked. I have clients in this area, so I often stop here to use the bathroom - it's really hard to find public bathrooms in this neighborhood, so I appreciate that they keep their bathrooms clean and well-stocked, and I don't need to ask for a key. The lock on one of the stalls in the women's room needs to be fixed, though. Also, note that this location closes at 10 pm. I also frequently grab a quick lunch, snack, or drink here. They have a good selection, including plenty of both hot and cold sandwiches. Of course it's a pain that their pumps are prepay only (or pay at the pump too I think) , but again, it's not in the greatest area, so that's to be expected. I generally don't gas up here, but I did the other day and didn't have any problems. There was a bit of a line at the register, but it moved quickly. Overall, this is a good convenience store considering where it is. Way better than some janky Speedway, for example - Speedway is the worst! I also appreciate that they maintained some of this store's funky retro architecture when they remodeled :)"

"The one star is for the little package of veggies I bought while I was waiting because the dill dip was good. We tried to get gas and couldn’t—just trying to pay outside with a card and not new at this. The manager kept trying to reset the pump and it kept reading pay inside—-I mean it’s not that difficult. Tried another pump and it had a different problem. Left without gas and thankfully before we were carjacked. Lovely neighborhood"
