"Last night was a pretty awful experience. I've been here two times before, it didn't seem too bad and the cashiers seemed okay. Though them having this bouncer/security guard standing near is very unnerving, especially following you around not so subtly. It's like they want you to feel like a criminal for even daring to shop there and take your time. Tonight, the google hours said they close at 10:30 pm, so I decided to go and grab some quick things. I knew they were still open for another 35 minutes, as I got in at 9:56 pm. The cashier and guard seemed very unpleasant, as the cashier told me "you have 1 minute left". And I was very confused and stressing, as I tried to rush myself out of there, seeing the security person walking around a lot more frequently unnerved me even more. Then being told rudely I have to exit out another door. I'm very sensitive, so any unpleasantness or rudeness does not sit well with me. I need to take my time, not everyone shops fast. This place needs to update it's hours on here, and be way more subtle with where your security guard is, instead of right near the customer. You need to let customers feel at ease walking in and buying things. Because seeing an intimidating guard following your whereabouts in such a tiny gas station is ridiculous. I understand plenty of places close 30 minutes early, but you need to make the effort to inform people about it online. Update your store hours and make it known when you actually close. This will reduce confusion for others as well. And please be kind to your customers. Thanks."
