"Terrible customer service. Three people at the register and no one was able to ring me up. They said “item is not in the system” referring to NOS energy drink. Promo said 3 for $6. Another energy drink was 2 for $4.50 and that one was not coming up correctly. I asked for them to just manually modify since adds are everywhere and they said no, so I left."

"On Tuesday 05/16/2023 around 8pm I went to purchase a Dutch leaf wrapper at the kum&Go and my boyfriend also came in with me. I waited in line when it was my turn I asked the cashier for the dutch. She insisted that she needed to see both of our IDs even though I was the one paying and I had asked for the dutch wrapper. Nonetheless we showed her our IDs. My boyfriend handed her his ID first. She grab it glanced at it and threw his ID on the counter, he pick it up and walk off. I then showed her my ID after she looked at my she still insisted that she needed to see both our ID and refuse us service. We complied with she said yet she still refused us service. She then called the police. Her actions were to simply start an unnecessary conflict so she can justify her very poor customer service skills. This place the workers won’t even look at a customer who the think don’t have an ID. Some of the cashier even goes as far as trying to fight customer, degrading and using threats on their customer. The store attendants on that day were Kaitlyn and Aaron. Kaitlyn was cashier who refused my service even after we provided her with an ID."

"This is our go-to for coffee. The beverage area is clean and well stocked. There are so many choices you would be hard pressed to make the same coffee twice. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. Makes no sense to spend $5 or $6 for a cup of coffee at one of those fancy hipster coffee places."

"I called to get the current price of E85, it is about 5 miles to the gas station. The attendant would not give the price over the phone so I went to a closer Gas station. Not giving the customer the information they are looking for means you lose a gas sale and any in store purchases. Customer service is far more important than price."

"I know it is SO STUPID to rate a gas station but honestly my mother and I got stuck in a huge downpour in Sioux Falls (8 inches in 3 hours) and got really flustered and pulled over here. The nice attendants (Luke and a lady in red) let me park my car under their pump awning until the storm passed. They also let us hang out in the store, I ate my dinner there and they talked with us to keep us company. Very few people were coming in so the chit-chat, however minimal, was very nice and appreciated. You don't normally get customer reviews for gas stations since most of the interaction is in and out, but I hope these nice individuals get some recognition for their great attitude and superb customer service! Thanks again guys!"
