FlyOver America is a unique tourist attraction located at 5120 Center Court in Bloomington, Minnesota. This thrilling ride allows you to soar over some of the most iconic locations in the USA without leaving the state. With special effects like wind, scents, and mist, you'll feel like you are truly flying. Visitors, both tourists and locals, are raving about this exciting experience at Mall of America.
One of the featured flights is Fly Hawaii, where you can take in the beauty of the Hawaiian Islands. From the shores of Maui to the volcanic craters of the Big Island, and the famous Napali Coast in Kauai, you'll be in awe of all that Hawaii has to offer. Fly Hawaii is now showing at FlyOver America.
To save 10% off the General Admission ticket price, you can purchase your tickets in advance online. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the FlyOver America admissions counter. Children must be at least 40 inches tall to enter, and 48 inches tall or eight years old to ride unsupervised.
FlyOver America is open year-round, seven days a week, with wait times varying depending on mall attendance. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, this attraction is inside the Mall of America, one of the most visited tourist destinations in the world. With over 520 stores, 50 restaurants, and plenty of family activities, Mall of America is the perfect place to spend a day experiencing FlyOver America.

"Very fun experience. I really liked the feeling of gushing air, the water mist, and the smells of the location. I will say: In the lighter visuals, you could see the screen and the images weren’t the clearest. I don’t expect it to be perfect, but I think that they could make more technological advancements! Would do it again if offered a discount!"

"My family went to see the flight to the North Pole 2023. We all really enjoyed the experience from the beginning to the end. We all felt like we were all flying together with the wind blowing in our faces and really enjoyed the scents of Mrs Clauses cookies throughout the North Pole. I think this was the shortest wait time in the Nickelodeon universe during the week between Christmas and New Year’s. Best bang for your buck when lines are too long out there in MOA for family fun! Capacity is 48 people and the line moves through stages like at universal studios Florida with scenes of anticipation building up the experience to an amazing climax."
"First of all, this is a ride system just like Soarin' in the Disney parks, so it feels like a Disney-level ride experience (almost.) And I am surprised at how emotional I got on this ride! It's really just beautiful scenery, but with the music, I was almost tearing up by the end. Speaking of moisture - you get sprayed full in the face a few times - they're a little heavy-handed with the misters, so you may get wet! I did this as an add-on to Nickelodeon Universe, which made it only ~$8. Otherwise, it's around $20 just for this. I'm not saying it's worth it, but I'm glad I bundled it."
