"Oder a sandwich off of DoorDash for a sandwich. Man I was surprised how good the sandwich was. I just wanted to try something different. The fact that they only had one review and it was bad made me hesitant to order. But I was board and again wanted to try something different. I had the roast beef sandwich. That was fire!"
"This location is actually a Denny's that has been CLOSED FOR DAYS now. You can still place an order online though. They will still take your money and provide nothing. I placed an order that was supposed to be picked up at 9:35PM. When I arrived for pickup, the Denny's that The Meltdown is in was closed! Why would I be able to order online AND PAY if they ARE CLOSED. The sandwiches are already extremely overpriced to start with, but this is beyond unacceptable. Now I get to go through obtaining a refund. You have lost my business. UPDATE: It took two more days and lots of hold time to get a refund. I called the Conway location FOR TWO DAYS and nobody answered. I called the Little Rock location and nobody answered. I called Denny's Customer Support, was put on hold, talked to a rep., was put on hold. She needed to escalate the call, put on hold. She needed to transfer me to DoorDash, put on hold. She needed to check the notes, put on hold. Finally I was able to get a refund. No compensation for your time and frustration. Zero Stars. Awful business practice. What even is the deal with these locations?"
