"Sean, the general manager did an amazing job planning our company event with Service Restoration. From confirming our food and drinks orders to our lanes and shoe rentals for 50+ people, as well as adding in a couple hours of laser tag. Him and his team were great at accommodating everyone needs. Our company manage to book two events with them. They delivered every time, I'm sure Service Restoration will keep them in mind for any future events."

"So I brought my teenage daughter and her friend on Friday night to Bolero and we were welcomed right off the bat by Gustavo. Honestly, he gave off super positive and inviting vibes, which I appreciate! Then kept checking in on how we were enjoying our time and was super responsive for the things we wanted! We had a blast and loved the atmosphere! For real it makes a difference when you feel welcome and are surrounded with positive service! For sure Gustavo elevated our experience and we loved our Friday night at Bolero!"

"Booked a birthday party there for my twins. From the moment we got there we were treated so nicely. The way they spell out the birthday girl/boy name is an added bonus that made my kids feel special on their day. The food was hot & delicious and they staff came back and checked on us through out the birthday party. Overall great experience at this location. This was my first time there and I’d definitely go back with my kids!"

"We visited Bowlero to celebrate my 7 year old’s last day of first grade (June 2023). It was his first time bowling and my and his dad’s first time bowling in many years. The manager was very welcoming and extremely helpful. She was able to accommodate our lane request and assisted us each time we had technical questions about the lane (how to put the bumpers up, etc.). She even gave us a couple of preloaded cards so our son could play a few arcade games. The food was great too and the server who brought us our meals was friendly and helpful as well. Overall we all had a terrific experience and we will absolutely return! Thank you to the great staff - you made a huge impact!"
