"Super disappointed order didn’t get delivered. I would not recommend edible arrangements to anybody especially on Valentine’s Day. Very bad service. Can’t get a hold of anybody, They don’t have a direct line to the store and now I have to wait 2 weeks to get my refund for their mistakes. And then promoting same-day delivery false"
"I placed an on-line order to on a Saturday to be delivered the following Monday. Had an issue (not Edible's) with my order, called the store and spoke with Ana. She helped me SO well, and got everything taken care of for me. Highly recommended!"
"Left work 10 minutes early so I could make it before they closed at 6:00, arrived to the store at 5:30 and they were already closed. Had my heart set on getting my one year old niece an edible arrangement for her birthday today… very disappointed. Update your hours Burnsville- or stay open until it says online!"
"** edit - nothing was done to make this right after some back and forth with corporate Edible Arrangements or whoever responded to this. They said the owner called and left a voicemail, never happened. — Not worth the $$. Picture on the left is what I received, picture on the right is what I ordered for $60 (the friend I ordered for had already eaten a couple strawberries when she sent the pic). They didn’t even chocolate cover the strawberries. Little cakes in the middle replaced with grapes (grapes, really??). One star for timely and free delivery. Won’t order from this store again."
