"It’s been our favorite since 1986, but I have to say the young guy who took care of me is obviously showing the changing of the guard. He was the rudest person after serving several people behind me he had the worst attitude, and I have to say I don’t think I’m coming here anymore after all those years it’s very disappointing. I consider myself an easy to please customer, as you can see with my over 315,000,000 views to date on Google I give mostly high scores, and I have never had such poor customer service with such crass and negative words in Osseo. It’s strange how much it can ruin an experience and get under your skin, but sadly it has. My purchases are always $75-$100 per visit. Some places use rudeness as a MO but the old guys that I saw through the years must have retired. If I were the owner, as I do own my own business, I simply would not tolerate it. We’re fortunate that there are so many options in a large metro area."
