"I have owned an SQ5 for over 5 years (I had a 2019 and recently purchased a 2023 both from Kansas City Audi) and I consistently adhere to a 5,000-mile oil change interval, opting for a more frequent maintenance schedule than the standard 10,000 miles. During my recent visit to Little Rock Audi for a 15,000-mile service, conducted at my expense as it fell outside the Audi Care coverage, I specifically requested an oil change and tire rotation without balancing. Upon reviewing the invoice, I noticed an unexpected charge for balancing services that I had not authorized. I questioned the staff and they ended up removing the charge for balancing. Approximately one month later, while on a highway trip last weekend, my husband noticed pronounced vibrations in the vehicle. Concerned about a potential balance issue, we promptly scheduled an appointment with Discount Tire. To our surprise, Discount Tire identified an excessive SIXTY FOUR (64) wheel weights affixed by Audi during the balance I didn't even ask for, resulting in a substantial imbalance. This necessitated a $60 charge for corrective measures. Given the inconvenience, safety concern, and associated costs stemming from this incident, I will no longer bring my vehicle to Little Rock Audi due to a diminished confidence in their service integrity. --EDIT-- The service manager did reach out and sincerely apologized for this issue. He stated he will try to figure out what went wrong so this does not happen again in the future."

"Regarding the new purchase of our 2022 Q7. 5 stars for Sam (sales). That was a fluid process that was quite enjoyable. I highly recommend Sam, he was great to work with and always available for anything at all. He’s not a robot. You a get a personable experience from someone being real and calls things for what they are. None of that cringe worthy salesman stuff. Jesus I want to vomit just thinking of that. Even all this time after the purchase. The service dept killed this review. I can’t even remember how many things were wrong that they didn’t acknowledge. It was always something- we can’t read the code today, need to reschedule, we couldn’t reproduce the issue, they never even managed to get the recall fixed. I’d need to go back to be thorough, but we had this car in and out of the shop for over a year (very brief stints). And I will mention, all the rim protection and paint repair they completed, wore off after a month. Not only that, but whatever they did to repair the rims has caused the entire gloss coat to peel back. I even had a low oil after my last service with them. Which is frustrating when you prepay for 50k miles worth of services. Anyways, we moved back to the Austin area and were able to get the car right in the shop. This was by the grace of whatever sky pie you pray to, because the car was going in and out of limp mode. It did take Austin over a month to finally fix everything, but they provided a beautifully specced Q5 for the duration. Overall: Sam-5 stars finance guy -1 star. I walked in with a USAA pre approval at a rate that everyone knew Audi couldn’t touch, that guy just kept pushing us to let them try and finance, and upscale this and that - this is the cringeworthy stuff I’m speaking of. Some people just can’t accept a reasonable no. Had Sam not been such a wonderful guy, that would’ve killed the deal for me. Service dept MANAGEMENT - 0 stars Bottom line, you’re stuck with Parker if you don’t want to travel. Get in there and see Sam, he will take care of you."
