"BEWARE!!! Not the same Kettle since the 1950’s…Must be new owners!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I drove my car to them, told them what the problem was and they charged me a diagnostic fee to repeat what I told them. Could not get my car until I paid approximately $400. The problem was not fixed! I took it to another mechanic and they charged $91 to repair. Will join a class action suit with anyone/everyone who has experienced the same ransom and HORRIBLE service!"

"I had a radiator issue and the team was able to diagnose. Unfortunately my frame was bent preventing them from fixing it but they helped me get it diagnosed at a very reasonable cost and provided great communication. Thank you Kittles!"

"They did a great job on my Tacoma. I had it towed in after a blowout because I had no good spare. They kept me updated and were very thorough with their inspection. Fixed me right up with some new tires and a good spare while giving me some sound guidance along the way."

"After this one, please read other RECENT reviews I wish I had! If you are looking for a place to take your car that will not take advantage of you, keep looking. You will be forced to authorize an amount way over what the repair should cost and they will get as close as they can without going over. For me this included a $30 charge for a “unit of gas”. Granted it did need gas when I brought it to them and, gas is expensive it was just a line item that stood way out on the final bill. All of this along with rude customer service (very abrupt mechanical responses and communication, when I questioned the amount of the authorization he replied “you could buy a new car”) from the man that usually you have to deal with. Anyway, I digress… First I had to wait 2 weeks to even bring my car in because of “deer season” I get you own a business so you get to set the hours. However, what didn’t register at the time was they genuinely do not care about customers. After my total experience I now believe this was the only time they were straight up with me and not hiding something. Essentially my feelings can be summed up by saying everything about my experience made me feel taken advantage of by sleezy policies and the person that set them up.. After several thousand dollars, they didn’t fix the problem I brought it in for! So I brought it back. I then get a call about needing me back there ASAP to look at the stuff they want to work on now. Remember that they put me off for 2 weeks already and have not fixed my issue but I need to hurry and get there and give them an exact time…… no respect for customers or our time. I had to upset several people that needed me that day as they would not take anything but an exact time to be there. In addition I had to find a ride there. It was as if they didn’t realize they had my car! I’m sure they just didn't realize that I do not have multiple cars to drop what I’m doing and drive across town for something that could have been settled over the phone. So I should probably let that one go. “They found the problem this time”. No, they found a problem but not what would repair my initial concern. I truly believe now they would have “found the problem” as many times as I would have let them more before telling me they could not fix the original issue. I also believe that some of the work they suggested needed to be done at some point, but it was not addressing why I brought the car in to the to begin with. So they were either doing this on purpose to get some money out of me before telling me they could not do what I needed originally or they are not qualified to diagnose a problem. Either way not a good look for a garage. Big shout outs to Joes garage, Discount tire and break, and Cantrells service center for being straight forward with me. They were honest enough to either tell me about the reprogramming equipment that would be needed (only found at the dealership) or that they just were not equipped to do fix what was wrong. I saved this part for the bottom if they care to read and improve. Replace the guy that deals with the customers or get him some needed training on dealing with people and the value of repeat customers. In the same way I would be a poor mechanic, he is bad with customers. Be straight up with people and dump the up front authorization. You got my money that time but because of how I was made to feel why would I want to come back? I tried you because of reputation and now that has been ruined judging from my experience and other recent reviews. Now that you have the information, make a change for the better!"

"BEWARE!! There are new owners and mechanics. They will scam you quoted us $1000 for oil change, battery, and new lights. They won't take you on a weekend, scheduled an appointment for during the week, took them days just to look at it. Also know a family member that came here and they charged $250 just change terminals. Staff was unprofessional and kept leaving. Paid literally $250 for them to diagnose, when we came here 3 years ago diagnostic was $60."
